i would say photographer than DJ... photographers book up fast... and you wanna try to get dibs on the best DJ you can, too! good luck!
sometimes i think it might havce been better to plan mine quickly... less time to stress over all the little details good luck!

You are good on time...so don't stress...some things that you should do immediately are pick wedding party, your dress, your girls dresses, I sent out a STD e-mail because I didn't have time for the magnet thing. Photographer and DJ you should try and do ASAP and flowers as well, but you do not need to worry you should have no problems...

photographer is next, then DJ/band.

it's an 'off' time of year, so you should not have too many issues booking vendors now.

BTW, David's Bridal is very good for fast orders! My BP's dresses came in 4 weeks after they ordered them!

Good luck

(and Congrats on the engagement! )

Hi! We are also planning a wedding in a relatively short period of time. Definately photographer/videographer and DJ would be next. Your hall may have recommendations - we went wtih the house vendors for our hall. And definatley try to get makeup, I am having trouble with that Do you have your dress yet? If not, RK Bridal has a line, Da Vinci, that come in really quickly (Mine came in in a week!)

P.S. In a way, planning a wedding in a short period of time is easier, b/c there are less choices!

I would do photographer next, then your dress and your bridesmaids' dresses, then your flowers. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to do the photographer and the dress pretty much at the same time.

Flowers you can probably still do in the next week or two. After all of that, I would start looking for a hotel for OOT guests--they book up!

Good luck--you can do it!

You actually may be in a good position to bargain! Try asking some vendors to give you a discount. With only 3 months to go, if they're not booked, you may have some leverage.
