Plans for my 30th Birthday...

My husband gave me a choice he said he could give me a party if I wanted or he would take me to Atlantic City for the weekend (my favorite place) and give me money to gamble for the weekend. My birthday is Feb.26 but we would go to AC on the 15th because I have off that monday for president's day. And ceasar's gave me a free room, a 25 dollar voucher, and tickets to a show for my birthday which I have until march to redeem. So my husband said we could celebrate it in AC where like I said he would give me money to gamble and then he said he got me something else which he said he will give me on the actual day of my b-day. What do you ladies think? Should I have gone for the party. I really didn't want one. I just don't see the big deal. I mean don't get me wrong your 30th is a milestone b-day but for me I just didn't want a big deal with a party. Maybe for my 40th....LOL That's when my husband said that we could celebrate it in AC.

I love the AC idea. I just am not that big into parties for myself and would love the smaller AC celebration

It is one of our favorite places to go to. We got engaged there and really love going any chance we get.

Put some money on 2 and 26 for me on the roulette table (see, it's my birthday too!!!!!!).

Are you going to be 30 as well? Isn't Feb.26 just a cool date to have a birthday! I'll put in that bet...LOL

I'm still in denial about turning 30 so I tell everyone i'm gonna be 21. Everytime I say that to my husband he's like 'yeah on what planet, maybe in dog years or something' He can't wait till I turn 30. He is already in his 30's (he's 4 years older than me) and I would always bust his chops and tease him because I was still in my 20's and he's like 'Just wait till your 30th B-Day, I'm gonna hang a huge sign on our door that says 'Giovanna turns 30 today'...LOL and I told him i'll get my revenge when the day comes that he turns 40! LOL
