Have a great time Karina!! I really want to spend time with Enzo but he is being sooo lazy. I know he's tired but I have worked alot more hours than he has and I have to work tomorrow. I really want to go out.

FI has to work tomorrow and I feel bad for all those people who are working on Easter so I am surprising FI with goodies that he can share with the people at work.
I made cupcakes, brownies and cookies. I am also includng peeps, and peanut butter cups in the care package.
I started around 6:30 and I am almost done baking. The brownies and cupcakes are cooling before I can ice the cupcakes and cut the brownies into squares. The cookies are in the oven.

Chippa, you are a catch indeed. Its funny you say that, one of Roger's staff member just recently married brought in cookies for the group, why did he look at me and say, honey when are you going to bake cookies for me to take in. I gave him the look of what you think I am aunt jemima??? I will buy a box of entemans and call it a day.

Thank goodness for betty crocker and pillsburry.
Though I got a little creative with the cookies. Instead of oil I used applesauce. I hope they taste good.
