Going to a friends house... playing guitar hero and mario karts until midnight, eating snacks, and drinking the sangria I just finished making.... :) I want some now.

I'll let you know how good they turn out...but basically its champagne in the cupcakes, champagne soaked into them once theyre baked and champagne frosting so how bad could it be?

We're either going to a party at a friend of a friend's house or a local yokel bar... but FH was up at 6am puking so all plans are on hold for now.

it's fh's bday today so we are having some friends over!

family party at my aunt's house for a lil...then spending some alone time w/ FH and celebrating our year!!

Nothing special - staying in - having a nice dinner - watch some movies and have some snacks - don't even know if we'll make it to the ball drop

DH and I have a hotel room in the city, right by times square, its on 44th and 6th ave, so hopefully we'll also have a view of the ball. His mom got 2 free rooms bc of her job and she didnt want them and gave us 1, the other is supposed to be for BIL and his gf but not sure if he is going. Were gonna leave around 2pm to get there in time for check in and avoid the craziness getting through

i know thats what i keep saying lol. I kept asking dh yesterday if she gave the room to anybody but he kept saying i dont know and to not worry about it lol. So i wonder if she did give it away. I know MIL though and she will start calling everybody and offer it to somebody, so hopefully somebody has it. I even asked if they were connecting rooms and this way we can leave the door open and use both rooms

We're going to say good riddance to this year (after all this bad stuff the last 2 weeks) having family and FH over, cooking, drinks, dinner and champagne at midnight, can't wait, a few more hours until it's OUR YEAR!!!!!

I'm not doing anything at all! I am puppy sitting for my godmother in the city so I guess we will just curl up and watch the ball on tv... Although the puppy fell asleep on my shoulder at 9pm last night so I highly doubt she will make it to midnight!

we got a babysitter wooo my MIL

so we'll be going to the in laws then after midnight were going to a party of FHs friend, then after that most likely going to a local bar
