Planting Fields

Does anyone know how to obtain an application to take pictures at the planting field in Oyster Bay?

I was told they don't take 2009 booking until January - but I'd like to have my application ready to mail come 1/09

I tried calling the # on the website, but to no aval there is no answer and the VM box is full...
