Planting Fields Question

Does anyone know if you need to have a permit/pay to take e-pics at Planting Fields Arboretum?

We're having a friend take informal e-pics, and originally he suggested this because he's Nassau based, but then he said that we should take pics where we got engaged, which means moving it out to Stony Brook, but he said he was fine with that. So our informals will be done in Avalon and West Meadow most likely, but then I started giving it more thought and I'd really like to do Fall shots in Planting Fields. I figure we should *hopefully* have a photographer picked out by sometime in October, so theoretically could take e-pics late October/early November.

BUT we are also looking to stay very cost concious with our photo/video choice, and are thinking of choosing someone who will give us the digitals so we can DIY our albums. So if the e-pics were included, great, but if the e-pics aren't, we wouldn't go out of our way to add them to save even more money. So basically, after all this blabbing haha, we'd probably only book a photog with an e-pic package if and only if Planting Fields doesn't charge a fee.

Does anyone know???? TIA!!!
