How do you get the air out of the drop in liners before feeding? The instrcutions say to hold upright and squeeze the liner till a bit of formula comes out but it seems like a pain in the *** when I tried?

When I tried it I would push the liner up inside the bottle... I never got it all out but I got most out.
Im not a mommy but from what I can remember from feeding my godson, I would put my fingers on the liner and press the air out.
I used them once also but didn't like them very much. I have been using Avent so far, they do occasionally leak if the nipples are not screwed on correctly. I was going to try the Vent Aire bottles to see if I liked them better than the Avent.
