PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

Don't know if this is true or not but I just received an email from PayPal-most of you know that it is part of EBay.

I just received an email for a ayPal security check and it said that they are currently performing regular maintenance of their security measures and my account was selected for this maintenance.

They asked me to verify the following:
PayPal info
Password
Email address
Credit/Debit Card info
Expiration date
Card Type
Name on card
Billing address
Primary & Secondary telephones
City, State, Zip, Country
Bank Information
Account Owner
Country of Account
Bank Name
Bank Routing #
Checking Account #
Soc Sec #
Mother's Maiden Name
Date of Birth
Driver License #
State of Issue

I think this is way too much info to be giving any company...What I also fishy is that I have NEVER used EBay and also never became a member of PayPal. I remember reading or seeing something which stated to beware of someone replicating an EBay page and asking for confidential info to use for fraudulent reasons. I logged on EBay.com and looged on to sign up as a new user to PayPal and it did NOT ask me all the questions that this email did.

I don't know what is true...but I just want toalert you just in case.

Have a great day!

Definately delete it and don't answer it. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ask Drivers License information for a 'pay' account. (I'm an investigator, not just talking outta my a s s) I think you all are aware of the fact you shouldn't give out this info!

ladies...and they say being a 'suspicious New Yorker' is a bad thing!!!!!

Enjoy you day...gotta go back to work before my a** is outta a job! LOL
