Your weight should not mean as much to you as your percent body fat (how much of you is fat verses muscle), and how you look, feel and your clothes fit.

I am sure you have see 'skinny' girls who simply shake when they walk,,,,jello is not attractive. I rather be my weight and strong then skinny and flabby.

Also, I used to be VERY hung up on numbers,,,at one point I was about 120 5'7 or 8',,,,may not sound low, but on me I was a very loose size 4 and I was nothing but some muscle (what was could barely maintain) and bones. My FH saw me at that weight and he and my whole family thought I looked sickly.

I had my share of dissordered eatting, and I still struggle to accept the way I am, so please start to feel good about who you are and how healthy you can be.

I agree, I have been working out and dieting since February and although I have lost weight, I have been really happy with shaping up and gaining muscle (especially toning my arms!) And at Curves, I have lost a total of 8 FAT pounds.

getting measured tomorrow....
