Please give me input on the Courtyard Marriott..

Has anyone had their guests stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Farmingdale? If so, how did everything work out? I recently booked my rooms with them, but have received bad costumer service and I am worried they will mess up on the big day!!!

I am blocked w/ them as well- and have noticed the same thing...when I called and asked about my website, they said the woman who handles that stuff is out with a family issue...maybe that's why?

I blocked long before they were open and was dealing with Shani. She was great...well, apparently she isn't there anymore....Genay is in charge of Sales and is not so good at getting back to emails...we actually went there a few weeks ago to see whats up. They recommended calling her. The staff seemed so great and I watched guests for CLM wedding being VERY well taken care of. Oh, and shuttles were awesome. I'm sure things we'll be fine despite all the other crap...
