PLEASE HELP!

I don't know what to do? I am getting married March 13 and over the past two days I have gotten 26 no's. I expected no's but not from these guest. Now it doesn't look like were are going to meet the required amount of people. I have extra invitations but the RSVP date is the 11th. What am I going to do?

Re: PLEASE HELP!

The people who you expect to come say no & the people you least expect say yes!

If you dont meet your minimum talk to your hall to ask if they can throw in extras

Re: PLEASE HELP!

I wouldn't send out B list invites a month before the wedding....they will know they are b lists or 2nd choices....talk to your hall

Re: PLEASE HELP!

i invited a few people late and they werent at all insulted they came and were very happy about it. if you have some friends that you just didnt have the room for because you had to invite family i would invite them but thats just me. just apologize for the late invitation. i think there is still enough time. i think a few people the hall might let you slide on but 25 is a lot

Re: PLEASE HELP!

haha very true!!!!!!
i agree with the other girls also about asking your hall about any suggestions........but see if anyone else can bring guests maybe or other close friends of family members or other friends

a friend of mine had this happen..she invited extra people from work and told them that it was only family originally,, but when OOT guests said NO, she turned to them..they all understood and were the partiers all night!

Re: PLEASE HELP!

See if your hall will let your vendors be included as guests. That's what our hall said to us if we didn't meet our min. Hope that helps!
