Please Help

I really don't know the name of this but I will try to explain it the best that I can.

here goes

I am looking for something to put my quest name instead of place cards. Normally the hall will put it on a easel or something. I saw one some place can't remember where it was like a big book with all the quest names and the table that they were sitting at.

If u have a picture or know where i can get this please let me know

Keep in mind if you do that and have to make last minute changes to your tables, you won't have an option to make a change on a permanent list or book. The place cards allow you to make minor changes without disturbing the whole thing..

A lot of places do them. Do a search for wedding seating charts

Fairy Tale Affairs in massapequa had 2 really good options to use instead of the placecards. I really wanted to use this one that they had - they calligraphed all of the names/table numbers and it was framed and decorated so pretty, but figured I had to cut costs somewhere so thats where i cut back.
