Please Help

I'm having a very difficult time finding bridesmaid dresses for larger sizes. My sister and sister in law are over a size 26 and no one I checked carries any thing over that. I am not telling my sister she can't be in wedding because I can't find a dress in her size. Any help will be wonderfully.

well i do believe david's bridal has plus size gowns, and you might want to check Renata's in lindenhurst. They seem to have a big selection and could probably fit the gowns to their size.

Check Bidal dresses websites. They should offer plus sizes.

I think you might be able to find what you need at RK Bridal.

On their website they post the size charts of most of the major bridesmaid dress designers. I think the ones I ordered went up to size 28.

Thank you so much for the ideas ladies. I went to David's Bridal and they stop at a 26. My sister needs a 32.

I looked at the size charts at RK Bridal on their website and Eden Bridesmaids go up to size 32 (it isn't on the chart but, underneath the chart it mentions it). Impressions Bridal goes up to a size 30.

Can you have a dress made for them? Also, maybe they can shop where they normally shop for something appropriate?

Re: Please Help

Bill Levkoff makes dresses up to a size 28 I believe. Problem is they don't carry the samples in the stores from what I've seen. I have a BM who just had to be measured without trying anything on first.

I would go in with their measurements to some of the places mentioned... like David's etc. Often times brdisemaid dresses are NOT what your 'real' size is.... for example, a 20 by one designer might be a 16 by another, etc. i would take the measurements in and see what designers have sizes for those measurements.
