Ok My advisor at school just told me I could grad in August 2007 instead of Dec 2007...great bc I Hate school!!! But my Wedding is in June and thought would probably mean putting the honeymoon off until sept when i would be done! What do i do? Finish school early or take the honeymoon and grad in Dec??? HELP!!!!!

Graduate!!! your education is so important.. and it will be over and done with and then you can go on a honeymoon as long as you like!!!

That's tough... i would want a nice honeymoon right after the wedding, but if graduating in August means you can get a jbo and start working and all that way before December... I would do that!

That is a tough decision but I voted for grad in aug, late HM. I know if it was me, I would want to get school over with and then I would feel like I would enjoy the HM more. Is it possible to take a short weekend HM right after the wedding and then take the real one later???

I say graduate earlier. Your honeymoon can always be taken at your convienience. Even if it is a few days, you'll have a lifetime together to do what you please.

I agree, I know that had I had the ption to finish early I would've taken it and ran! I dont plan on our HM right after the wedding we are going in Jan. 08 but married in June 07 just b/c we want to, but we are going away for the weekend right after.

I agree. Get married, do a small weekend HM, finish school and then go on some crazy all inclusive HM for as long as you can afford to go! You'll be happier in the end I think

if you are graduating earlier...does that mean you have to take more classes in the spring of 07??? bc if so, you prob dont want to pack your schedule that spring while trying to finish your planning/getting married....i heard it can get pretty crazy towards the end...

Totally agree! That's why I'm graduating the December after the wedding....and I'm student teaching that last semester so it's going to be rough.....I just don't want to worry about graduating AND the final details of the wedding, especially when student teaching full-time. Good luck with your decision!

do a mini-honeymoon weekend.... a small trip to cape cod, or the hamptons.... or florida just for the weekend, and when school is over you can take your real honeymoon!
i'm fiinishing my master's in may of 2007, and geting married that july.... and i'm so happy that after the wedding i can just focus on being married and finding a job, instead of going back to school....
