PLEASE HELP!!

My mom ordered her dress and we went to pick it up and it doesn't even come close to fitting. She has gained no weight, she has health issues and he just doesn't (sometimes I want a dose of that!). But now they are saying that was the biggest size they make. Now my mother is by no means heavy so it makes NO sense. I am thinking it is discontnued and the real size was not available. They said they are 'scrounging around to find a dress'. What should we do? I think demand our money back ($900) and start over!

Also...where else can we go for MOB dresses?

i see your wedding is in august so you still have time - i think you should get your money back - that sounds like pretty bad customer service

Sugarplum is supposed to be a good store for MOB dresses - or just start looking at bridal stores

If the dress doesn't fit, and can't be exchanged for a larger size, then I would get my money back from that store ....
