Can anyone reccomend some italian hors d'oeuvres ideas that dont have cheese? And stations? Thanks ladies!

bruschetta, olives, roasted peppers, stuffed mushrooms, clams, sun dried tomatoes, fried zucchini.

eggplant is pretty versatile, mini meatballs, tiny paninis (without cheese of course) little wraps
