Hi,
Bosses are like that. They never want to take the blame. Can you go take a break and get a cup of tea and go for a walk? Fresh air and hot tea go a long way. I'd remove myself from the situation for 15 minutes or so.

OMG! i'm so sorry! Is he allowed to take that $$ out of your commission check? That doesn't seem right!!! Especially since he is the one that messed up! Maybe you can write a memo to him (and, if possible, cc: HIS boss) explaining the WHOLE situation... including what happened 6 months ago.
If this is just a done deal, from now on, I would take EXPLICIT notes on every transaction that happens with him. This way, if anything comes up again, you can go to your notes and say... 'according to my records, on March 15th you told me to.......'. You feel SO GOOD when you have that documentation, instead of what you 'remember' happening! Good luck!

Can you get any proof he knew or that it was his fault (i.e. note in file, any notes of telephone conversations)? If not, let him fire you and collect unemployment from his a$$.
