Think positive! A lot of factors go into the choice for residency positions...my boss is on the interview committee for his department and he always talks about looking for the best candidate based on all of their strenghts. Be sure to write thank you letters to the interview comittee-They like that a lot!

I agree with the Future Mrs.G- DEFINITELY write letters, to everyone you interviewed with. I think that's how I got my current job! And don't worry so much about it. If you don't get this job, it wasn't meant to be, and there is something even more perfect waiting for you. And Oy vey! (doesn't this guy look like he's saying oy vey?), why so down on yourself??? I'm sure you're just hypercritical and are picking your performance apart. Try to relax and know that what's meant to happen will happen.
Breathe out the bad energy!
Breathe in the good energy?
Now don't you feel better??
Oy vey! She fainted! You have to remember to keep breathing!!
Good luck, and let us know what happens!! And I hope you get the job!
