Please help!!! Finding a job in food service management

Okay I have a job as a Food service supervisor and right now I have the worst job it's to long to explain but I need out and I was wondering if any of you ladies know anybody ....friends, family that works in hospitals that could help me find a job ....I just want a job were I'm treated fair and not crap...it's that bad
