Please HELP!? Hotel ?s

I am planning my wedding at the De Seversky center on the NYIT campus in Old Westbury, from Boston, and there are no pictures of the Fairfield Inn in Syosset online!

If you HAD to choose between Fairfield Inn Syosset (no restaurant or bar, slightly further away, cheaper rate) or the East Norwich Inn (bar in walking distance, 5 minutes to reception, must have 10 reserved for discount) which would you choose?

I would say the hotel thats closer and has a bar... but I haven't been to either one...

I have the same issue! I'm trying to plan from Chicago and I was considering the Fairfield Inn and the marriot in Meriville.
I know it's a big expense and I want my firends to have someplace cheap to stay.

I would choose the closer hotel also. The Fairfield Inn in Syosset is right on Jericho Tpke and I heard from someone on these boards that it isn't that great for the price.
