Please help - how much to tip??

I know this is at everyone's own discretion and based on actual service that day, but can anyone help me out with basic guideline of average amounts to tip everyone, this way i have a basis to go off of? I am so lost..... photo, video, dj & mc, string trio, bridal attendant, officiant, hair and makeup, do i tip the limo driver even though gratuity is included in my price?? am i missing anyone?? helppppppp

First of all you need to divide the people who are freelancers and those who are working for an agency. If they are by themselves than all the money you pay goes to them, for example we're prob won't give any tip to our DJ cuz he's getting all the cash anyway and it seems fair what we're paying him.
Photography crew we're giving $50 each crew member.
I heard bridal attendant should receive around $100. Matredee is $4-8 pp and he will distribute it to the entire weight and kitchen staff.
I would tip the limo driver $100, our company doesn't chage gratuity if your does I would say still $50-$100 sometimes they just do it to hype up the price and not all of it goes to the actual driver.
Officiant I'm not sure we have a Rabbi, he's getting all the cash so no tip...
Hair and makeup I have no idea... Hmm will ask around
