Thank you soo much that would be great! I have all these e-pics now and I would love to utilize them, I was under the assumption that it would be easy but I couldn't find anyway to do this once I tried.

Im gonna try and attach a sample of what I was thinking but Im open to any opinions you have..

you can do it pretty easy using paint
Its not the most advanced program but itll do the trick

open the photo in paint
use the text tool (click on the letter A on the left hand side of the screen)
and type in the numbers
there is a little image on the left hand toolbar that looks like a blue cylinder, red circle and green square - make sure the bottom one is clicked - this allows the text to appear on top of the image

I'm trying this now.

Everyone should use this program!!! It's free and really easy to use! The only problem is that you can only save one photo at a time, because it's the free version...you use it online. You import the pictures edit it with the numbers and effects and then you export it as a jpeg
