Please Help Ladies

I'm arranging 2 buses that will go from Brooklyn to LI (and back) for my guests that either don't have cars, don't want to drive the hour and a half to get to my reception, or for those that want to be able to drink and not have to worry about driving back home.

So here is my question:
Where do I put this information? I can't do it word of mouth b/c I have over 250 guests and can't imagine calling all of them...and more importantly I have to know who's taking advantage of the buses b/c I need to know how many buses I need to order.

So can I put this info on the RSVP card?

I have no idea what to do. Please help!

how about going to acmoore, michael etc.. getting those blank 3x5 cards (in the wedding aisle) with a border/without.. print the info on them and stick em in the invite?

or even a card stock throw ur monogram on them and print the info...

its really nice what your doing im sure lots of people will love it!!!

I think that putting it on a separate card (or on the directions card) is a great idea in ADDITION to putting it on the RSVP. THat way you tell them about it and they tell you if they will use it.

On the RSVP, you can do something like:

Reply requested by DATE

M_____________________

___ Will attend with pleasure
___ Will use shuttle service

___ Must Decline with regret

If I include this info on a separate card, I think some ppl might ignore it and not send it back which would put me right back to where I started. I'm wondering if it's ok to put on the RSVP card? Any objections?

i think it's a good idea to put it on the rsvp card

I like this way too... OR you can make a seperate card also
