I say the first. But I agree with Janis - let your girls try them on and then decide. I was really hesitant about my BM dress until all of my girls tried it on. The designer pictures definitely don't do them justice.

I love the 1st one!!
I think my girls dresses at satin-faced taffeta - does it have a tint of black to it?? In any case - we went with Scarlet I think it was - or Crimson - the red color.

I have the picture of the color in my album. It was a nice material!

I like the 2nd dress, but I'd let your girls try them on... those models don't have real bodies... and it may not look the same on your girls.

I speak as a girl with hips who wouldn't look good in any of those dresses.

the blue is a gorgeous color!

Some of you may remember that I recently posted a pic of the BM dress i thought I chose for the girls. Truns out I wasn't happy with the color choices offerred in that dress so it was back to the drawing board... here are two more options.... For whatever reason, i don't think the pink dress looks so great online so i posted a picture of the red dress (not an option) just to give you a better idea of how the pink one really fits... hope this isnt confusing.... I'm so indecisive... I'd really appreciate your opinions.

P.S. Is anyone using a Jim Hjelm dress in satin-faced taffeta?? If so, what color did you choose?

I'm using the first JM dress has the MOH dresses. I will use either the French Almond/Irish Creme OR the Rose/Petal color

Number 1. Reason being is that it looks like a better cut that will flatter all shapes. Plus I am a HUGE Jim Hjelm fan!
