The wine colored dress goes better with your theme which is obviously important. But I think that the fluidty and style of the dress looks nice in the blue.

Personally, I love the blue (it's my color too)...but for the red/white winery theme, I think the second one is best.

They are both pretty colors...the redder color would match your theme better--- BUT it doesn't matter if it doesn't match your flowers!!! Pick what you like best and what your girls will look pretty in.
