Please help me decide on an invitation!

Okay here are the invitations that we narrowed our choices down to. We are looking for something simple and modern but affordable.

Tell me which one you like better and why.

I dont want to explain my reasons why I like each one just yet - I want an unbiased opinion!

i would have to choose the 1st one!!

but in case you go with teh 2nd one, i found that same invitation in a canadian catalogue... take about 20% off for US residents.

Ok..my HONEST thoughts.. I LOVE # 1....very original...I love those sqaure shaped invites, something I would have picked myself. I voted for # 1!

#2 Im not fond of.

I love #1....If its inexpensive, I would have to say go for it, because it does not look that way at all!!!

Same here.

The only thing is that those square invites usually need more postage. I'd check that out before you decide.

ETS: OMG you are almost a month after me and you're already doing invites?

I need to get a move on!

My square invite is 60 cents to send ... I asked a Post Office worker and she said if it was 37 cents then it would have added postage because of the square shape.
But since 60 cents already is a 'premium' postage amount, it was fine for a square invite.

I like both, but to me #1 is more elegant and traditional looking.

#1 definitely. I personally love the square invites. Also, I think the silver/square shape is very modern but elegant too. I think the 2nd one is pretty, but less 'modern' more flourishy and girly with the detailing on the side.

I really like #1 one it was just appealing. I think they are both very traditional and classic and you can't go wrong with either one that you choose. It's a tough one.

Where are you getting your invites if you don't mind me asking?
