Please help me establish a timeframe to complete wedding-related things

My wedding is Nov 16 '08, and while I have a lot of the major things done, I still have to deal with the 'smaller' things ... can you please help tell me when to do these things?

What I've gotten done so far:
Church
RH
Photo & Video
Dress
Music
Wedding rings
Florist (although I haven't yet picked flowers)

I won't be doing much in terms of planning due to health reasons between late January and the beginning of March, so when should I do the following:
- choose flowers
- book limos
- order MOH and Mothers' dresses
- order invitations
- set up hair & make-up trials (dress should be in by July)
- buy veil & hairpins
- order tuxes

Am I forgetting other semi-major things?

what i did was click account & then Wedding Timeline - i found that tool & the guest report/seating chart the BEST tools on this site (other than the message boards).

i hope you find it helpful - i checked it out today even - i try to check it once a week - make sure i'm not missing anything. Since i started using it - that nagging feeling of missing something or forgetting something has calmed down...
