Our engagement party is soon and I still don't have a dress! It's at my parents' house and it's luau themed... I want a short cute hawaiian or flowery dress....

LOVE Forever 21!! And there's nothing wrong with that....
good ideas ladies, thanks... I will go to the mall and check out Forever, and also my parents live close to the outlets so BCBG is a good one... hmmmm anything else?
