Please help me make up my mind *POLL* Pup to Groomer???

Some of you will think this is a ridiculous poll, lol, but I want some opinions and figure that since today's weather is going to be stinky, a lot of you will be on! lol

I made a last minute appointment to bring my puppy to the groomer tomorrow. When you make an appointment there ahead of time, they ask you to drop the pup off at 8 am and pick up around noon. Four hours isn't all that bad to leave her there.

Since I called four days ago and asked for THIS Saturday (I know, why didn't I call earlier? I didn't think about it with all the busy shopping and preparing for Christmas going on) and was told to drop her off at 8 am, but that pick up will be between 3pm and 6pm. The only reason why I was squeezed in in the first place is because a former student of mine works there and made the appointment for me.

I feel really bad thinking about leaving her there all that time, after being left alone Monday-Friday from 7:15-3:15. I look forward to spending time with her and I'm sure she looks forward to the weekends too. The only downside is that DH has to work this entire weekend :( Having her there would be nice....although I do realize she won't be gone the ENTIRE weekend!

The reason I am rushing now to get her in is that I feel bad that the poor puppy has the hair from the top of her head flopping over and covering her eyes : ( I also bought her a really cute Christmas dress and want her to look all fluffy and pretty!

So, am I being a big baby and thinking way too much about this? lol What is your vote and why??? Thanks for helping me out....when it comes to certain things I can really be indecisive!!!!!!!!

your pup should be fine, drying dogs take a long time especially if your pup has long hair. I wouldnt be too worried, I would ask your former student to check in on her if shes working that day.
