my teacher told me something about a case study (ithink in california) where they told two random teachers they were the 2 best teachers of the school and assigned to them students, random students . at the end of the year the students performed the best(as a result of the teachers performing the best)...
the point being of positive encouragement motivates....

in the case where they told they were random students? were the students told they were the best too?
