I haven't tried any on yet, but I am trying to knock it down to a few because I am not sure of any store that would carry all of them ( I don't have much time). I like them all equally, but I can't say I have found 'the one' until I try them all on.

I need to see a photo of you too. All of the dresses are beautiful but without seeing you it is hard to give a recommendation.

Well these are VERY different styles?? You have to decide what style you want before you make a decision. I like 1, and 6 if you are going for a slightly larger gown if you want sleek I like #2. If you want ballgown I say #3.

I think their all beautiful dresses, I like #1 and #9.
I like #4 also, it's very different. I think you can't go wrong with any of these, it's just a matter of going and trying them on and seeing which one looks best on you. Good luck and let us know which one you choose

Thanks for all your opinions! As I look at them more and more, I am beginning to lean towards #1 and #9. Although they are totally different looks, I am drawn to both. I think those will be the first 2 I try on. Now I just have to track them down!!

xmas, just my opinion. It is good to have a few ideas, but I also suggest trying on some others. You may try on all nine of these and hate them.

They really are beautiful gowns. I tried about 40-50 gowns. A lot of them were gowns I found in mags and UGH! They looked terrible on me! So I ended up going with something totally different. JMO! Definately try these on, but I wouldn't limit myself.

I like #1 and #3.

Octbride03 makes a great point. Don't limit yourself to just these. I went with a dress that I wouldn't have given a second glance to in a mag. Without trying them on, you really don't know what's going to look good on your body type, height, build, etc.

My dear this is difficult. I love #3 for the princess-ness of it. But #9 is so elegant, and I think the heavier material would be better for winter. My gosh you'd be stunning in any of these!!

Yes Theresa.. I tried on A LOT!!!! Not all at one time of course! And I ended up going with the FIRST dress I tried on!

I voted on the dresses, but just a little advice if you don't mind - don't just look at pictures and pick a dress that way. Pick a good store and try on lots just for ideas.
I ended up with a dress very unlike the dresses I liked in magazines

Dubliner - You are 100% correct, as are the other girls who gave the same advice. I am just going to start with the dresses I love simply by looking at their pictures. I am still keeping an open mind. Thanks for your help!
