Please help me plan an AC trip

Ok, I found the best combination of the poker party and the mega fun 5 y/o party. I think I decided. I'm gonna pack a bag for D, tell him we're goign shopping with my aunt in NJ, I'll drive... and then we'll drive all the way Down to AC our friends will be there, and we're have a great weekend. My friend said there's no much to do in AC, so I was thinking maybe we cna levae early ons aturdya morning to drive down, stay over saturdya night, and then go to great adventure on sunday. 2nd weekend of july.

What do you think? Please reccomend a hotel or something. I know NOTHING about AC!

My friend and I went there this past weekend for one night. We're both not much of gamblers, so we checked in later in the afternoon so we wouldn't get too bored too quick. I was surprised that there were so many different things going on. Ceasars now has a bar on the beach with live bands and a dj. We had such a great time. If you're not a big gambler, I wouldn't recommond staying there too long as you might get bored. It's definitely fun to go for the night. You could always go to AC for one night and then go to Great Adventure the next morning (if you're not too hung over ) I hope this helped you .
