Please help me post pics!@#$#!!!

hi everyone, I know I was able to do this once before, but everytime I try to post photos (whether it be from my photo albulm (insert web image) or through attachments, when I preview the post, I see a blue box with a question mark in it??? I even used photoshop to resize the photos for web...please help me solve this problem...hehe Thanks!!

I just took this from your album..doesn't seem to be causing a problem..maybe it's a setting on your computer?

I don't know what the question mark would be from.... maybe the file isn't a gif or jpg? My frequent problem is getting the file size small enough without turning the pic into a tiny blur... When the pic is close to the max size allowable, it will preview, but not post.... I've never been able to resolve the problem with photoshop, becuase it always generates pics with large file sizes!
