please help me with a shuttle bus!!

so i called a company that wants over $1,000 to shuttle my guests from holiday inn in stoneybrook to the eastwind. is that an insane amount of money or is it just me? can anyone recommend a shuttle bus company? TIA

I'm using Coach USA (8 hours) 800-877-1888 and mine is $1000 approx too for a 55-passenger coach.

I think they charge based on hours, not distance...

Did you try Alert? I've heard they are very good & prices are aggressive- 631-471-4600

Or, Coach Classic was recommended too (different from Coach USA) 516-369-4176

Holiday Inn Express in Hauppague offers a free shuttle for your guests if they book 10 or more rooms.

It depends what you are getting... Most quotes I received for 8 hours for 55- passenger coach bus were around $1000 or more

If you are using limos, why not call them? They should give you a deal.

We are using Colonial Transportation - they are located in Sayville and gave us a great price.

To the RH and then home from the RH afterward. You need the shuttle for the full time. IE: we have ours from 5PM-12AM.

Yeah that sounds high. We got a 55 passenger coach bus from Sayville to Woodbury and back (6pm and 1am departure times) for that price.

I second that - try Classic in Sayville. That's who we're using.
