Please help.. monogram

I've been fiddling around with word... how does everyone get all these great monogram I keep seeing?? help!!!!

Put each letter of your monogram into a text box. Then you can take the letter of your last name and right click it and press 'format text box.' Then go to 'layout' and click on the one that says behind text (or something similar). You can play aroudn with different sizes, but that should be able to get your started!
