I need help!! I need to get certified death certificates for my father, uncle and grandmother. My uncle passed on and I am the remaining survivor entitled to his retirement benefits. Unfortunately, I don't know their dates of death, place of death, etc... How can I get these certificates or information???? Please help!!! Thanks in advance!!!!!

Thanks. That's the link I was looking at but I can't do it because I need the following info
Full name as listed on the certificate • Gender • Date of death • Place of death • Borough in which the death occurred • Purpose for which you are going to use this certificate • Your relationship to the deceased • Your mailing address • Signed, valid photo identification of yourself
They are deceased after 1949.

your best bet would be to call up records and ask them what you can do... instead of searching everywhere online

Maybe you can consult an attorney? When I worked at my old firm, we had a few instances like this and I think we were able to get the information.
You have no idea where/when he passed? If you know it, you can try to call the funeral home...they can probably give you some info.

I called the funeral home and the are going to take care of it for me I have to give him a check for $15 each and he'll take care of all the paperwork!!!
