Please Help - Poll to see how much you guys think is crazy to spend on a dress

Hi - I just wanted to take a quick poll to see how much you guys think is crazy to spend on a dress. I found one I really love - and its one that I cant buy on netbride or bridesave. Now I'm all bummed because I can't believe I m prepared to spend so much on a dress that I'm going to wear for 8 freaking hours. I'm really bummed about it because it was one of the few dresses that made my mom and aunt speechless. What to do

who is the designer?
...when i went i never gave a price limit and guess what????once you find THE DRESS!!! there is no turning back

this is why they say do not try on dresses over your budget

there have been people on here that spent 12,000$ on their dress and many that spend over $5000

do you have a pic?
keep looking ....maybe you will find something similar

Well, this is a hard question cause what I think is crazy to spend on a dress, differs as to what I actually spent on a dress.. Rational thinking goes out the window when it comes to a wedding dress- I did stay within my original budget though-- which was pretty high.
