please HELP: Printing 5 lines on invitation envelope...

So I am printing our invitation envelopes (yes at work....shhh my boss is out! lol). Now for guests who will require 5 lines (b/c a couple lives together so each name gets a line, then a line for the house address, then one for apt number, then city & state)....I am having the hardest time. No matter how small I make the font...it's only showing 4 of the lines....I'm using Word...and I've tried adjusting the envelope margins.

Any other suggestions??

I may just end up putting the apt number with the house address...which i know is a 'no-no'.....

Did you make the text box bigger?

Can you put the apartment # on the same line as the street address so that gets rid of the 5th line?

Otherwise make the text box bigger, like another poster said.

I made it bigger and now it's giving me HALF of the 5th line.

Hmmmm....

Thanks for the ideas!

If you've tried making the text box bigger, maybe re-center the text box by pulling it to the center of the page. I had a problem with printing 6 lines for a Canada address and when I pulled the text box into place, it worked.
