That may be tough to find since there are Sunday masses starting at 7am in most parishes.

I think the earliest they start on a Sunday is about 3pm.. usually there are 10am masses that start Sundays

You may not be able to find a church to hold a ceremony on a Sunday but you may want to check out the Historical Chapel in Woodbury. It's small but they only cater to wedding ceremony's for couples who can't get married in a church with organized religion.
