PLEASE HELP TIPPING WHEN Girl (Make-up, Hair)Comes to you

Ok, if make-up lady charges $100.00 and she comes to your house do you give a tip? Or since she is not in a shop and that is her own money $100.00 is good enough?

I have no idea and want to do what's right.
