Please Help - Tree for Escort Cards

Does anyone know where I can find/buy one of those crystal trees on which to display/hang the escort cards?

I am making a wish tree (I think it should be similiar). I bought manzanita branches and a styrofoam ball to stick it in. I am going to cover the base with conversation hearts (we are getting married on Valentines day. I am then going to hang either crystals or hearts on the branches. I ordered the materials from save-on-crafts.com.

Did you already get the branches - how do they look? I was planning on ordering the same branches from save-on-crafts but I wasn't sure if they would look too 'fake'.
