PLEASE HELP! What is CORPORATE AMERICA?

I ask this because as i mentioned before my moms boss is pushing her out. Currently she works in the BASEMENT of this house. He works there wearing shorts and flip flops MOST of the time and BTW he and his brother watch porno on their computers (there are only low cubicles - not closed in so anyone can see).

He has been telling people that he is getting rid of my mom because she ISNT CORPORATE AMERICA.. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT. His buisness is in HIS BASEMENT and he has 7 employees.

So someone please tell me what CORPORATE AMERICA is because that is a LAME excuse.


On a better note... he hired a new person to take over my moms job, he started today and was to MIRROR my mom. Well.. HE QUIT AT LUNCH TIME He prob took one look at ALL THE STUFF MY MOM DOES AND HOW THAT OFFICE IS AND SAID TO HIMSELF HELLLLZ NO i am not working here!

I really hate this guy for what he is doing to my mom. He has been telling people in the buisness and people he works with (other co's) that he is getting rid of her because she isnt CA -i think that is defermation!!!! He has no right to do that!

Thats definitely discrimination and she WILL have a huge lawsuit on her hands if he does get rid of her. Tell her to start keeping track of little things so she has something to fight back with if she need/wants to.

thanks that is what i feel. I told her she needs to talk to a lawyer and try to get proof that he is telling everyone stuff aobut her and he has no right.

unfortunetly he is the boss so he cant get fired though that would ROCK

But also - if she didnt QUIT because of it then she doesnt have much pull with the porno but she cant leave she needs the $
