I have been getting sick all day today and I'm at my wits end.
Does anyone have ANYTHING that helped with morning sickness??

Re: PLEASE help with morning sickness...
I'm so sorry you're feeling so sick! The thing that helped me the most was gingerale. For a few weeks it was my best friend. Other things that seemed to help a little bit were lemon drops/suckers (Brachs, etc.).
Feel better!

A girl I used to work w. used the motion sickness wrist bands. I think you can purchase them at a drug store. why not give them a shot.

The only things that remotely helped for me were eating constantly (little things like crackers, cheerios, etc.) and the Sea Bands - they really did help! Hope you feel better!

Did you try to get those Preggo Pops. They seemed to help me along with the sea bands. I hope you feel better real soon.

Re: PLEASE help with morning sickness...
Starlight mints (the red and white round stripped ones). I didn't get sick but I was constantly queasy in the 1st trimester. I would eat those when I felt sick and it would help for a little while.
I also enjoyed crackers-Triscuits and Saltines. Sometimes Sprite would help me as well.

The preggie pops never helped me, actually made me more nauseaus but the Sea-bands really did help a lot.

Sea-bands, lemon candy- or lemonade, B-6 vitamin and 1/2 a Unisom pill twice a day, munching constantly.

Re: PLEASE help with morning sickness...
I agree with the Unisom and B-6. My dr recommended this when I was pg with my son but I didn't do it. When I was pg with my daughter, I could barely function so gave it a shot. It worked wonders!!
A side note though, there are different types of unisom and they don't all have the same main ingredient. The chalky tablets were what worked for me. The gel capsules did not. Also, I did not take a separate B-6 because there was enough in the prenatals so I took 1/2 of a unisom + my prenatal once a day before bed.
Hope your morning sickness subsides soon!!

Well, I picked up Sea Bands, lemonade and mints today. Although not gone completely, it has made a big dent in my morning sickness today.
Thanks so much for all of your advice ladies!
