Please help with Tip envelopes...how much??

We are working on our tip envelopes...using the cash we got from the shower:) and need some help:
What should we tip:
We are having approx 130 people.

Bridal Attendent:
Matre D:
Valet:
Hair:
Makeup:
Cigar Roller:
Flower Delivery:

I was not thinking about tipping the photographer b/c it is her own company and we are flying her up and paying for hotel/airfare/etc.

Please help me on what to tip these people.

this is what i gave

Bridal Attendent: hall suggested flat fee of 200-250...i gave 300 cuz she was great
Matre D: i did what came out to be about $4.70 a person. Suggested is $3-$5 pp
Valet: didnt tip, i dont think you have to
Hair: $50
Makeup: $40
Cigar Roller: didnt have one
Flower Delivery: $10

This is what I am doing:

Bridal Attendent: 150
Matre D: $4 per person
Valet: nothing- they get tipped by guests and by the 20% gratuity
Hair: $50
Makeup: $50
Cigar Roller: not having one
Flower Delivery: $10-20

Don't forget the DJ or MC and the photographer and videographer. I'm giving $75 each to the DJ and the MC and $100 each to photog and videographer
