Please Help with Wording for Engagement Invitations

We are starting to work on our engagement party invitations and were hoping you girls have some suggestions on how to word our invitations.
Also, my FH and I don't live together yet. What do you suggest for RSVPs? Both of our phone numbers? and/or e-mail address?

You should look at different websites for wording ideas. I would have the rsvp at whomever is paying for the engagement party, or whereever it is. My FI's cousin got engaged and her family had a brunch, so we rsvp'd to her mom. We have the rsvp at our number since we live together and are paying for the e-party.
