Please help w/picking out a veil

In your opinion, what type of veil would go best w/my dress?

I'm going to have my hair in a very low bun or french twist.

the shortest,simplest one imaginable...you don't want it to cover up the detail on your dress!

do you want to walk down the aisle with your face covered?

That's what I was thinking. My back will be completely covered w/the lace of the dress, so I think short is best. Down the aisle w/my face covered - probably not. Will have to see what mom says about that - she has these freaky superstitions.

I think your entrance would be even MORE dramatic with your face covered....and also would divide the impact of the veil between the front and the back, making it a bit more even....but that's JMHO...

for the veil, I think a blusher with a (thin) trim to match your sash would be awesome

I agree...short short short!!!
Maybe a veil that ends like mid back would look good....

THAT'S SUCH A GREAT IDEA - A TRIM TO MATCH THE SASH! THANK YOU!

My veil will be custom made as well - nothing to it obviously, but I wanted to have pics for the dress maker to use as a guide.

here are some ideas from the knot...

both nice styles, and the focus is on the top....away from the dress enough NOT to overshadow it or take away from it...of course, IMHO!!!
