So FH just came home from work and tells me he was asked to 'justify his role with the company'. He works in sales and there is only so much he can do when the economy is in the middle of a RECESSION!!!
He busts his *** every single day and has known these guys for years that he works with but apprently thats not enough. To be honest Im very nervous and the poor guy is sitting here putting a list together to show of his importance towards the company so he can go and talk to his bosses tomorrow.
I hate him seeing so beat up like this and cant do anything to help him!!

Awww, a name twin!!! Hon, I feel your pain!!! I get so mad when I feel my Husband is not appreciated because he works his butt off too!! He's in construction, and has very little work so he signed up for unemployment. My poor Daughter, Donna, works for a company who just laid off 48 people last week, and Donna said today, another gal working under her was laid off today!!!!! I'll be praying for your FH, that all goes well!!!!!! Mary MOB

Fingers crossed for you - it is such a c*ap time now. . . and so hard from both sides - his and yours - I'm sure you already have but just tell him how much you appreciate him and let him know that no matter what happens you will get through it.. good luck to you both!
