Here are the one's my MOH came up with for my shower. I included what the choices for answers were too:

1. What date to Jaime and Michael celebrate their dating anniversary?( Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day)

2. Where did Jaime and Michael first meet? (bar, friends house, blind date, at a wedding)

3.How long have Jaime and Michael been dating for? (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years)

4. Where did Michael propose to Jaime? ( restaurant, camping, home, disney world)

5. Where would Jaime most like to live? (by the ocean, in the mountains, in the city, in the desert)

6. What type of home would Jaime most like to live in? (condo, house, cabin, co-op)

7. What does Jaime like most about Mike? (smile, money, personality, eyes)

8. When Jaime is at a coctail party, what drink is she most likely to order? (beer, tequila, wine, margarita)

9. Where are Jaime and Mike going on their honeymoon?(Hawaii, europe, cruise, cross country)

10, What does Jaime enjoy doing in her spare time?( reading, shopping, movies, bar hopping)
