Pictures of your invitations! I posted this on another board but wanted to get as many ideas as I can!

Im meeting with someone this week and she keeps asking me what I like.....I dont know what I like! LOL.

FH and I went to the invitation person w/o any idea what we liked. We just flipped through tons of books and marked what we liked. Eventually we narrowed it down to 3 and then 2 and then 1 invitation. I think it's almost better going in w/o any preconceived ideas b/c then you'll be inspired when you see all the different ideas.

I will say, though, that we knew we wanted an elegant invitation w/o any crazy colors. We went with a 3-layer invitation in cream, champagne, and platinum-champagne. We LOVE them.

I do know that we want a very elagant but simple invitation! Our colors are black and ivory so I dont think we will have a problem finding something like that. We are also on a tight budget with this project....so we heard that pocket folds are out of the question. Thats ok though

look in my album, our invites are cream with black font, very simple, with a pearlized border. not expensive.

we ordered them in a square shape, but you could also do the traditional shape (longer rectangle), and that is cheaper.
