I'm thinking that I want to DIY this one, but I'm still looking for ideas. I saw some plain hat boxes at Michaels today that I could use, but I'm open to other ideas.
Also, for those that bought theirs from somewhere, were you able to figure out the 'security' measures on the bottom? If I make this, I'd rather not have to destroy it to get into it. Any ideas on that part of it are welcome too.

i bought an already finished box at a craft store...decopaged it, cut the slit in the top and re-painted the hardware...for 'security' i took beads & wire to keep the latch closed & used a wirecutter to open it back up.

all of these are sooo awesome!!! im wondering if i should just get mine from ac moore and leave it. is it really a big deal if i dont get a fancy one? i feel like i have so many other things to do??
